Fish , Chicken and Pasta

All meals , with the exception of Pasta are served with one choice of the following sides: garlic mashed potatoes,baked potato, seasonal vegetables OR two choices of: French fries, coleslaw, skillet baked beans, or hot cinnamon apples.


 

Santa Fe Chicken

10 oz. marinated and grilled chicken breast topped with grilled zucchini, red peppers and drizzled with jardinière sauce. Topped with crumbled goat cheese.

 

Louisiana BBQ Chicken

10 oz. marinated and grilled chicken breast basted with our famous BBQ sauce.

 

 

Amarillo Chicken

10 oz. marinated and grilled chicken breast topped with melted cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Garnished with diced tomatoes and scallions. Served with a side of picante sauce.

 

 

Bâton Rouge Chicken Tenders Platter

Our signature chicken tenders made fresh to order, hand-battered and fried to golden perfection. Served with our famous BBQ and our original Dijonnaise sauces for dipping.

Atlantic Salmon Filet

10 oz. in-house filleted salmon grilled and served with our signature tartar sauce. Garnished with a wedge of lemon.

 

Seared Ahi Tuna

8 oz. of the finest quality tuna seared, sliced and drizzled with our Lime & Ginger dressing. (Served rare with a cool interior)

 

Fresh Catch of the Day

Ask your server about our daily fish feature grilled and served with our signature tartar sauce. Garnished with a wedge of lemon.

 

Seafood Linguini

Sautéed jumbo Black Tiger shrimp and North Atlantic Sea scallops tossed in a classic rosé sauce.

 

Linguini Primavera

Broccoli, button mushrooms, red peppers and snow peas sautéed in garlic and tossed in our rich and creamy Alfredo sauce.

Add to your Linguini Primavera a 6 oz. marinated and grilled chicken breast.
